Questions and answers.
The ones that come up before the first event and after the first full year.
Is it free?
Yes. Local use has no limit. A free account syncs up to 100 events a year. There is no paid plan.
Can I share a timeline with someone?
No. Timelines has one reader by design. Export the JSON if you want to hand a copy to someone.
Does it work offline?
Entirely. It is a web app that installs from the browser and stores everything locally. Sync, when an event has it on, needs a connection at the moment you save.
Can an event span more than one year?
Yes. The bar runs off the edge of one year and continues on the next.
Can I change the emoji or colour later?
Yes, at any time. Colour is a hue on a slider; the last ten picks are kept for quick reuse.
What happens when I log out?
Every local timeline on that browser is removed. Synced events stay on the server and come back when you sign in again. Download a backup before logging out on a device you will not use again.
Which languages does the app speak?
Twenty-four interface languages, including English and Italian. The site you are reading is in two.
