What happens now.

  1. Open the app.

    Sign in with the username you entered at checkout.

  2. Refresh your limits.

    Open Settings and press Refresh limits. The Backup allowance appears under your limits: a thousand synced events a year.

  3. If nothing changes.

    Wait a few minutes and refresh again. If the number is still the free one, or you typed the username wrong at checkout, write to us with the receipt and the plan is moved to the right account.
